ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an Investment Analyst to join Xsolla Video Games Credit Fund.

You’ll work across the full investment process, from sourcing and evaluating game studios to

financial modeling, due diligence, deal execution and portfolio monitoring.

The role offers direct exposure to game developers and publishers across the World, giving

you a behind-the-scenes look at how games are developed, financed and brought to market.

You’ll work closely with the investment team on real transactions from day one, develop

expertise at the intersection of gaming and finance, and have plenty of room to grow as the

fund expands.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities in PC and console gaming, including studios,

individual titles and business models;

• Build financial models, forecast game revenues and cash flows, and analyze different

financing scenarios;

• Conduct market research, analyze comparable games and assess audience traction

using Steam and other industry data;

• Review financial statements, production budgets, business plans and publishing

agreements;

• Support due diligence, deal structuring and preparation of investment committee

materials;

• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular investment updates;
• Help source new opportunities and maintain relationships with developers, publishers

and other industry participants.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, venture capital, private credit or a

similar role;

• Strong financial modeling skills and excellent Excel proficiency;
• Solid understanding of financial statements and investment analysis;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and communicate findings

clearly;

• Strong command of English (B2 level or higher);
• Genuine interest in video games and the gaming industry.

Prior gaming industry experience is not required. Strong analytical skills and a genuine

interest in games matter more.
