We partner with ambitious founders from the earliest stages, providing capital, strategic guidance, and access to our network. We're looking for an Investment Analyst to help identify exceptional founders, evaluate investment opportunities, and support our growing portfolio.
This is an on-site role based in San Francisco.
As an Investment Analyst, you'll work closely with our investment team to source, evaluate, and support early-stage startups.
You'll spend your time meeting founders, researching markets, analyzing companies, and helping shape investment decisions. You'll also work with portfolio companies after we invest, helping track progress and identify opportunities for growth.

Source and evaluate early-stage startups
Meet founders and build relationships across the startup ecosystem
Conduct market research and identify emerging trends in AI and technology
Perform due diligence, including business model, market, team, and competitive analysis
Build financial models, market sizing, and investment analyses
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendation materials
Monitor portfolio company performance and key metrics
Support founders with strategic research and business insights
Help improve internal investment processes and reporting

Communicate clearly in writing and presentations

Experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or startups
Financial modeling and valuation experience
Market research and competitive analysis
Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Affinity or HubSpot
Experience working at an early-stage startup
Angel investing or accelerator experience
Technical background or understanding of AI and software products
Experience evaluating SaaS or AI businesses
Work directly with founders and investors
Evaluate cutting-edge AI and technology companies
Gain exposure to every stage of the investment process

Compensation: $120,000 to $180,000 USD base salary, plus bonus and benefits. Final compensation will depend on experience and skills.
Location: This is a full-time on-site role based in San Francisco, California Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the San Francisco Bay Area.
