About you
We are seeking candidates with experience in undertaking investigations that have required significant application, interpretation and enforcement of legislation (Local Laws and State Legislation).
You will be a strong and customer focused communicator, well versed will representing in a professional and courteous manner, which incorporates our values and delivers service outcomes that meet the needs of a diverse range of audiences.
You will have effective time management skills and decision-making abilities to be able to work within timeframes and deadlines and within a regulatory team environment.
Successful candidates will hold (or have the ability to obtain) a Certificate IV in Government (Investigations or Regulatory Services) or similar discipline and have strong verbal and written skills required to prepare and represent Council at legal proceedings.
