Protect the company’s assets and reputation by preventing, detecting and investigation suspicious sales, fraudulent claims and internal misconduct

· Monitor and investigate suspicious sales activities

· Conduct in-depth investigations into life insurance claims

· Use data analytics to determine fraudulent patterns, recognize anomalies and develop strategies to curb fraud

· Design and implement fraud prevention policies.

· Design training programs for the sales, underwriting and claims teams

· Meet internal turnaround times (TATs) and service-level standards

· Develop and deliver fraud preventive activities for internal auditor, operational staff and senior management

· Identify process gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and fraud prevention.

· Support data accuracy, claims analytics, and management reporting.

· Ensure claims decisions mitigate financial, legal, and reputational risks.

· Collaborate with Legal, Risk management and HR functions to resolve internal fraud

· Collaborate with external law enforcement agencies, providing evidence for criminal /civil proceedings

· Ensure all investigations adhere strictly to local privacy, data protection and insurance industry laws
