• Conducting research using computer databases, public records, and telephone enquiries to locate persons of interest.
• Following established procedures to work through case files methodically and accurately.
• Maintaining detailed records, completing data entry, reports, and correspondence to a high standard.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and coordinating with field agents when required.
• Responding to enquiries from clients, customers, and third parties professionally.
• Meeting service level agreements and contributing to team targets.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, privacy requirements, and company policies.
• Handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and respect.
