The Inventory Tech II is a well-balanced, skilled operator that feels at home and drives impact wherever they are placed in the warehouse or office setting. This individual works closely in support of Service Desk and other cross-functional teams to be a key success component of the company’s asset lifecycle and high-quality service delivery. This technician acts as the key individual and subject matter expert in supporting their respective site across all aspects of the supply chain environment and the end to end asset lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen and a capacity to dive deep to solve complex problems. Experience partnering with cross-functional business and technical teams is a requirement, in addition to acting as an escalation mid-point in service governance. The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong attention to detail.

Task Management
• Ensure proper movements and updates in Inventory Management System
• Manage individual task backlog
• Manage team task backlog and escalations, when applicable
• Review and report out 30% statistical random sample size of close tasks weekly for quality and timeliness of deliveries
• Monitor and drive task handling quality process across team
• Manage task queue to meet or exceed targets, ensure quick time to fulfillment, and maintain high quality
• Report out trending issues
Service Supervision
• Audits task data to ensure task handling quality meets or exceeds expectations
• Observes and reports on service trends across individuals and team as a whole
• Track and report on progress of projects and present metrics, performance, casuals, and improvement strategies
