So, what does a typical day look like? A total of 2 years of experience consisting of the following:GENERAL EXPERIENCE: 1 year experience in administrative, professional, investigative or other responsible work which enabled the applicant to gain a general knowledge in retail or merchandising operations functioning within an automated system environment.ANDSPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:1 year of experience which provided a knowledge of retail store operations processes and familiarity with inventory control methods in a computerized environment; knowledge of computer systems and ability to access screens and print documents.ORSUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCEOne half year of academic study above the high school level may be substituted for each 6 months of 1 year general and 1 year specialized experience.
