Responsibilities

*To supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve Inventory Standards and defined outcomes for its responsibility area/shift approach.
*The Inventory supervisor is the process owner for Inventory functions and will regularly update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction documents.
*Timely and accurate reporting of operations performance and other operations/human resources related documents.
*Reporting of inventory related transactions and ensure IRA is within allowable range defined in contractual KPI.

Requirements

*Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any related courses
*Min 3 years of experience in overseeing an operational functional team
*Experience in reading and managing Profit & Loss statement would be advantageous. *Proficient in MS Office applications.
*Must be highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of more than 100, and manage relationships with all levels of staff and customer.
* Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
