Responsible for overseeing inventory operations and stock control across administrative materials, vehicle spare parts, machine spare parts, and new hub inventory requirements.
The role ensures accurate inventory tracking, efficient material handling, and maintaining stable stock availability and price consistency to support business operations efficiently.
1. Supervise day-to-day inventory operations across warehouses and hubs.
2. Manage inventory for:
● Administrative supplies and materials
● Vehicle spare parts
● Machinery spare parts
● New hub setup materials (e.g., fans, equipment, etc.)
3. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or operational delays.
4. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
5. Ensure faster inventory processing and smooth material flow between warehouses, hubs, and departments.
