We are recruiting an Inventory Supervisor to manage daily inventory operations, optimise stock flow, and lead a small warehouse team. The role is central to ensuring product availability, accurate records, and timely fulfilment across our fulfilment and production channels. The successful candidate will be organised, process-oriented and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to support sales and operations.
Oversee receiving, putaway, storage and picking processes to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, periodic full stock takes and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Supervise and coach warehouse and inventory staff, including scheduling, training and performance management.
Maintain and update inventory records in the warehouse management system; ensure SKU data, locations and quantities are correct.
Coordinate with purchasing, production and fulfilment teams to forecast stock requirements and prevent shortages or overstock.
Implement and enforce health & safety and quality standards within the warehouse.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances, damaged goods and returns; document root causes and corrective actions.
Prepare regular inventory reports and KPIs for operations leadership, including stock accuracy, turnover and ageing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise storage, bin utilisation and picking efficiency.
Bilingual (english / Spanish)
3+ years' experience in inventory control, warehouse supervision or similar operational role.
Hands-on experience with inventory systems or warehouse management software; strong Excel skills.
Proven ability to lead a small team, with clear communication and coaching skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping.
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with experience investigating variances and implementing corrective actions.
Familiarity with health & safety requirements in a warehouse environment.
Comfortable collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams; reliable, self-directed and accountable.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Clear verbal and written communication.
Process-driven, with a focus on consistency and continuous improvement.
Experience with stock forecasting and basic demand planning is advantageous.

Compensation: $55,000 a year
