Job Description

The Inventory Specialist play a major role in monitoring of stock levels, stock-out and movements. Maintain accurate inventory records, and supporting inventory documents. Lead monthly physical and weekly count. Intensify daily inventory on TOP TEN (10) Cosmetics Finished Goods experience using Microsoft Excel. Collaborate with IT , Warehouse and Logistics teams in adherence to the polices and procedures. Report any discrepancies to ensure proper adjustment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Controlling and Monitoring

• Accurate encoding in ERP-VAULT of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG)
• Ensure proper documents for inbound and outbound transactions for ERP encoding.
• Tracking of inventory stocks – maximum and minimum level, stock out and movements.
• Exercise FEFO/FIFO/LILO methods
• Conduct regular Physical/Cycle Count - actual vs ERP
• Prepare inventory update and reports – discrepancies and improper location using Microsoft Excel
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures and policies.

Warehouse , Logistics and IT Coordination:

• Stock availability
• Location updates
• Put-away and Picking activities

Verifying item codes, descriptions, and quantities.

Request adjustment supported by count sheet and pictures

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree - Business Administration/Industrial Engineer / BS Accountancy
• 21 years above
• 2 years experience in the inventory management (advantage: e-commerce industry)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• With ERP experience - SAP, ODOO and other known EPR Software,.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Logical reasoning and systematic analysis.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Specialist works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, primarily within the company’s warehouse facility. The role involves accuracy in encoding and detail oriented. Safety is a top priority, with the use of proper protective equipment and adherence to inventory and warehouse protocols. Work schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs.
