Inventory Specialist

We are seeking detail oriented Inventory Specialists to join our offshore team. This role is responsible for reviewing vehicle photos and documentation to accurately identify, grade, and enter parts into our inventory management system.

This position requires strong automotive knowledge, high accuracy standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced production environment while meeting daily output targets.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work onsite set-up.

Core Responsibilities

• Review vehicle images and related documentation to identify all sellable parts
• Accurately enter parts into the company inventory management system
• Select the correct interchange using VIN decoders and all available reference tools
• Properly describe part condition and damage using Automotive Recyclers Association grading standards
• Verify year, make, model, trim level, and option compatibility
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Meet daily production expectations of 10 to 20 vehicles processed per day
• Escalate discrepancies or unclear information to supervisors in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with automotive parts identification preferred
• Working knowledge of interchange systems and VIN decoding tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable in a performance driven, metrics based environment
• Strong written English skills for clear damage descriptions
• Reliable internet connection and secure home office setup
