Job Description

Safe Haven Security is seeking a dedicated Inventory Specialist to join our organization. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and accurate data management. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between multiple departments while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service.

In this role you will:

• Support the inventory needs of 800+ technicians across the country
• Answer and resolve inventory questions or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Daily tracking of data & reports as directed by supervisor or needs of the department
• Count & record equipment inventory in stock room
• Complete daily replenishment accurately and efficiently
• Research purchase orders and follow up with Technicians, Managers, and Vendors to reconcile them

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effective time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage high-volume workload
• High level of accuracy and proficiency with data entry across multiple systems
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Eager and willing attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to team objectives
