Inventory Sales Support

Department: Distribution Center Operations

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Liberty, SC

Reporting To: Andy Waterman

Key Responsibilities

• Track inventory movements, replenish stock as needed, and ensure items are available for sale
• Follow-up with stock planners and buyers
• Review open orders to make sure orders are reserved, released to the warehouse and update the confirmed ship dates
• Monitor Inventory levels and stock trailers, coordinate and firm the planned purchase orders
• Work with our inside sales reps, stock planners and operations supervisors on Inventory updates to ensure timely deliveries
• Work with the inside sales team and help follow=up on MTO orders when needed

• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills
• Strong self-motivation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems and D365
• Possess strong commitment to team environment while working well with others
