Job Description

Job Location: UT 3581 S Mountain Vista Pkwy - Provo, UT 84606,

Position Type: Full Time,

Salary Range: $56,160.00 - $81,120.00 Salary/year,

Job Shift: Day, Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement safety measures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Effectively oversee and manage all safety programs and monthly requirements.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work.
  • Manage warehouse operations including but not limited to: Inbound dock schedule, receipt of goods, storage, and distribution of materials and merchandise.
  • Manage cycle count programs and physical inventories.
  • Manage receiving accuracy and revenue targets associated with receipts.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Company Policies are followed.
  • Manage employee performance reviews.
  • Conduct daily payroll audits for proper allocation of hours.
  • Ensure a Safe Working environment.

Qualifications: Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience managing inbound products, replenishment to pick locations and Cycle Count programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Experience operating Forklift, Cherry Picker.
  • Ability to train and develop TEAM members.
  • High School Diploma or GED required, associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 3+ years of warehouse management experience required.
