Plans and purchases parts and materials for assigned warehouses or branches, balancing inventory levels with demand, placing purchase orders, and controlling stock accuracy and health.
Plan stock levels and replenishment for assigned locations using demand history and seasonality.
Raise and follow up purchase orders with the OEM and approved suppliers in SAP.
Coordinate with suppliers on prices, lead times and back-orders.
Run cycle counts and investigate stock variances with warehouse teams.
Report availability, stock value and slow-moving stock.
Follow MAG procurement and inventory policies.
Develop own planning and procurement skills.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering or Supply Chain.
3–5 years of inventory or procurement experience, preferably in automotive parts.
