Inventory & Planning Coordinator

Be a partner to ensure high customer satisfaction through incremental improvements of planning and scheduling!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with data and large datasets to join our Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in Excel, a passion for data analysis, and a willingness to learn and grow within planning and inventory management.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to

  • Support inventory planning and replenishment activities based on demand data and forecasts

  • Work extensively with large datasets and advanced Excel tools to analyze stock levels, trends, and performance

  • Monitor inventory health, including stock availability, shelf life, and potential excess or slow-moving items

  • Assist in managing purchase orders and tracking supplier deliveries

  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, and commercial) to ensure timely product availability

  • Track delivery performance and proactively highlight risks, delays, or discrepancies

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards, providing insights to support business decisions

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and supply chain efficiency

This role will report to the Planning & Inventory Supervisor and will be based in our Jeddah factory.

Furthermore, we expect that you have:

  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, data analysis, or a related field will be ideal

  • Strong interest in working with data, analytics, and large Excel datasets

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions; Power BI is a plus)

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset

  • Willingness to learn, be trained, and grow within supply chain planning

  • Good communication skills in English

  • A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
