& Key Areas of Responsibility

• This position reports to and works very closely with, the Planning Manager and supports him/her in calculating, establishing, and continuously maintain the required and correct Inventory targets across the area.
• Facilitates the repair cycle of inventory and enables the correct management and distribution of the given / available repair budget.
• Works closely with Management and Teams and Internal Customers in supported countries and beyond, to understand business requirements in different countries and pairs the acquired business knowledge with available data to take planning decisions.
• Monitors performance KPIs and adjusts/drives actions to meet given objectives
• Reports issues/concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborates with other division subject-matter experts to identify root causes of problems, designs action plans and drives for resolution.
• Generates reports, captures information, and records data using desktop tools.
• Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of assigned processes and procedures.
• The right candidate needs to be self-driven and able to work unsupervised with high attention to detail
• She / He, must be a strong Team player, Self-Driven, result oriented, innovative, and capable to look “outside the box” for solutions.

Must-have Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Two years of related experience in Supply Chain / Logistics
• Highly skilled in data Analysis
• Proficiency in MS Applications such as Power Point, MS Access, MS Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent English (Listening, reading, writting and speaking)
• Experience and good understanding of budget management
• Strong Customer Service skills and related experience

Desirable Skills Qualifications and Experience

• Economics, Analytics or Supply Chain Studies
