AJW Group is looking for an Inventory Optimisation Analyst to support the performance, utilisation, and strategic optimisation of our global aviation inventory portfolio.
This role is ideal for candidates from airline, aviation logistics, MRO, or supply chain environments who enjoy working with operational data, forecasting, and performance insight to improve efficiency and commercial performance. You’ll play a key role in helping the business make smarter inventory decisions, improve stock utilisation, and support operational performance across a global customer base.
Analyse inventory performance, stock movements, and demand trends.
Support inventory optimisation and stock efficiency initiatives.
Monitor KPIs relating to stock utilisation, shortages, ageing inventory, and demand planning.
Produce reports, dashboards, and operational insight for stakeholders.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Operations teams.
Support forecasting and inventory planning activities.
Identify opportunities to improve operational and commercial inventory performance.
Maintain data accuracy across operational systems and reporting platforms.
Experience within aviation, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or MRO environments.
Strong analytical and numerical capability.
Experience working with ERP systems and operational datasets.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Experience with Power BI, SAP, Quantum, AMOS, or similar systems would be advantageous.
Interest in operational optimisation and performance improvement.
