MNC Environment

Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + Variable Performance Bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Work with operations team to implement inventory control procedures within the function

• Plan for daily cycle count and stock-take activities that ensure KPI targets consistently met

• Develop write off procedures and inventory control strategy

• Managing the shelf life of the product in the warehouse to avoid disturbing of expired product out from the warehouse

• Act as key point of contact for all inventory-related issues and escalation

• Provide support for any new site-specific projects as assigned

• Assist in developing SOP that is in conformance with ISO and AS9120 quality standards.

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

• Ensure all internal and external stakeholders request and enquiries are promptly followed up and fulfilled

• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Actively participate in work improvement initiatives and programs such as 5S, Kaizens, LEAN and SCA with the goal of achieving Operational Excellence standards.

• Ensure Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental policies and standards are executed and maintained at all times at the workplace.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O levels

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

• Excellent MS office knowledge, particularly Excel spreadsheet usage

• Good experience in using SAP or WMS
