Hiring Inventory Manager - Onsite Lahore - Food Venture

About the Company:

We are hiring for top growing Food Chain Industry.

– Inventory Manager

The Stock Controller plays a critical role in managing and safeguarding the restaurant's stock. You will be responsible for recording all stock received, tracking its usage, running the stock model, and identifying shrinkage or gaps. You will also work closely with the Loss Prevention Officer to detect and prevent stock-related fraud, ensuring tight controls and transparent operations across the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record all incoming stock deliveries accurately and verify them against supplier invoices and orders
* Monitor and document daily stock usage to ensure it matches expected consumption based on sales and preparation volumes
* Maintain a clear and up-to-date stock control system with accurate figures
* Run the stock model to compare actual usage with expected usage, flagging any discrepancies
* Carry out regular shrinkage and gap analysis to identify stock loss, wastage or misuse
* Work closely with the Loss Prevention Officer to investigate stock discrepancies that may be linked to fraud or internal errors
* Share findings with the Restaurant Manager and support corrective actions and tighter controls * Assist with routine and surprise stock counts, making sure recorded levels match physical stock
* Help improve processes and staff accountability around stock handling to reduce avoidable losses

Requirements:
* Solid understanding of stock management processes, ideally in a food service environment
* Experience working with inventory systems or spreadsheets to track stock and analyse variances
* Strong attention to detail and confidence in reviewing numbers, logs and operational data
* Ability to work closely with the Loss Prevention Officer and Restaurant Manager to resolve issues
* Trustworthy, organised and proactive in preventing losses before they happen
* Able to work independently while also contributing to team success

Other Details:

Qualification: BBA/MBA in Supply or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Lahore

Compensation: Market-competitive Salary + Benefits

Timings: Monday - Friday (1pm - 9pm)
