About the job

As a Inventory Management Planner, you will play a key role in planning and ensuring optimal inventory levels for the assigned range of products. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, learn about our products and systems, and continuously grow your technical and communication skills in a collaborative, international environment.

Your tasks

  • Manage end-to end replenishment processes, including creation and maintenance of: purchase orders, stock transfer orders, intercompany sales orders, intercompany outbound deliveries and shipments
  • Maintain material requirements planning (MRP) parameters
  • Perform inventory analyses and take corrective and preventive actions
  • Daily contact with external and intercompany suppliers and intercompany customers
  • Verify and provide support to the demand planning and forecasting process
  • Support global material phase in and out processes
  • Support data and root cause analysis

Requirements

  • General Supply Chain understanding
  • Experience in material planning
  • Higher degree in logistics/supply chain management or a related field - nice to have
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • SAP knowledge (MM, SD)
  • Analytical skills and accuracy with high attention to detail and
  • Proficiency in English
