  • Build strong partnerships with centre security, police and external stakeholders
  • Produce reporting and dashboards to track shrink, risk, audit outcomes and operational performance
  • Partner cross-functionally to support investigations, store operations and network-wide initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Inventory Management and/or Loss Prevention, ideally within retail, fashion or multi-site environments
  • Demonstrated success in reducing shrink and improving operational compliance
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear actions
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across stores and support office
  • Experience managing incidents, investigations and working with external authorities
  • Ability to coach, train and uplift capability across a retail network
  • High level of integrity, discretion and sound judgement
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
