We're now seeking multiple experienced Inventory FLMs to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Leading inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stocktakes, reconciliations, investigations, and audits to maintain high levels of stock accuracy
• Managing inventory discrepancies across warehouse, customer and ERP systems, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement
• Ensuring robust governance of customer-owned inventory, with accurate reporting, traceability and accountability
• Building strong customer relationships, managing inventory escalations, and providing performance reporting against contractual KPIs
• Supporting audit compliance, financial controls, and inventory improvement initiatives across the operation.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Experience in inventory management within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency and problem-solving capability
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
