THE JOB:
As a Corporate or Property Inventory Data Management Specialist you will be responsible for all inventory management operations in accordance with the guidelines established through the department policies and procedures and KPI's. You will also collaborate daily with the Warehouse and Inventory teams at each property and the entire Global Procurement Department.The Inventory Data Management Specialist is responsible for monitoring current inventory valuations, receiving and updating documents, par level maintenance, item stock control, recipe and profile management, inventory adjustment corrections, and ensuring quantities that appear in the inventory management system are accurate for replenishment ordering and planning. They will be the primary Customer contact for all inventory-related issues and will coordinate, manage and communicate all aspects of inventory control required to maintain a high level of Customer confidence and satisfaction. The Inventory Management Data Specialist will work with the appropriate warehouse and property teams to identify, investigate, resolve, report and communicate inventory related matters.
THE STARTING RATE: $19.00 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Responsible for completing all inventory transactions daily including but not limited to; par level management, item stock control in all warehouses, warehouse and cost transfer updates, PO receiving, inventory adjustments, and COGS and inventory reporting.
Review and resolve all invoice quantity variances in the Procurement systems.
Collaborate with Property F&B and the Master Data Management team to maintain all recipes and profiles in the Inventory and Procurement systems.
Monitor and resolve the open receiver reports to maintain accurate financials.
Collaborate daily with the property warehouse and finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
Assist the Warehouse management and the Forecasting and Planning teams with centralized purchases for the Las Vegas properties.
Assist COE's, property operations and FSSC with any inventory reporting requests.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Has 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
Has the a bility to travel to all Las Vegas properties
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting - Preferred
Previous experience in Inventory Control, Data Management, and/or Supply Management - Preferred
