We are seeking a Inventory Analyst Intern to join our team at our plant located in Pueblo, Colorado. This opportunity is designed to let you apply your your classroom learnings to real world challenges. Over the summer you will work with complex manufacturing data and complete analysis and reporting that will help our leaders make decisions.
Catalog current stock of parts intended for mobile equipment
Utilize internal workflow system to request new inventory item set-up of catalogued inventory
Work with garage supervisor, stock attendant, warehouse supervisor and maintenance expediter to determine location naming, stocking levels and organization methods
Design tracking sheet of parts put into inventory along with open and received purchase orders
Develop Asset Bill of Materials (BOMs) within Oracle EAM concurrently with new and old inventoried parts
Set-up metered PMs for critical mobile equipment
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work at a desk and perform field observations in mill environments requiring full PPE.
Willingness to collaborate with operations and maintenance staff in hands‑on environments.
Familiarity with Oracle EAM or other enterprise asset management systems (preferred but not required).

Compensation
Undergraduate experience $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
