  • Supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by helping translate plans into clear operational reporting and execution metrics.
  • Maintaining documentation, standard operating procedures, presentations, and project updates for leadership stakeholders.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure a consistent view of inventory performance and project progress across the business.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Experience in inventory, planning, supply chain, retail analytics, or a similar commercially focused environment.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large data sets to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities.
  • Experience using Snowflake, SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
  • The ability to work independently, investigate problems, and proactively seek out information and insights.
  • Experience coordinating projects, maintaining governance artefacts, or supporting business initiatives through to delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience preparing presentations and communicating updates to leadership groups.
  • A curious mindset and willingness to challenge data, validate assumptions, and establish a single version of the truth.
