Position Title: Inventory Cycle Counter Associate – Part Time
Position Overview:
In this role, the primary responsibility of the Cycle Counter is to perform daily inventory counts in assigned locations in accordance with Growve’s established cycle count procedures. This part-time position reports remotely to the Cost Accounting Manager and works closely with the on-site Warehouse Manager.
Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cycle counts of inventory locations in accordance with internal policies and assist in establishing inventory controls as needed.
- Review and resolve discrepancies identified during cycle count activities.
- Maintain accurate records of completed inventory counts.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and leadership to locate missing materials and address procedural issues.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
- Use inventory management tools such as Plex WMS, Microsoft Excel, and handheld scanning devices.
- Prepare and submit a daily report summarizing counting activities.
Skills & 

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in counting and recordkeeping
- Ability to communicate and collaborate professionally both in person and online
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
