Inventory Coordinator

Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Location: Delta
Wage: $26 - $29/hr

In this role, you will:

• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and investigations
◦ Maintain accurate inventory records by performing required system transactions and initiate inventory investigations for discrepancies
• Plan and coordinate the material required to accomplish the daily manufacturing schedules with suppliers, warehouses, and other departments
• Communicate with other departments to arrange logistics and receiving of required materials and their priorities
◦ Prioritize, communicate, and provide necessary support to ensure that all the materials functions meet commitments
◦ Maintain and further develop company inventory reporting and material planning systems
You have:

• Intermediate to advanced excel and analytical skills
• The drive to understand how our storage and processes work so that you can schedule effectively
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Warehouse or Inventory Control environment is required
• Intermediate knowledge of Inventory Controls and Warehouse procedures is considered an asset
• Experience with computerized inventory management systems (Syspro is preferred)
