SLB is seeking a motivated Inventory Coordinator to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business.
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper material storage, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role ensures that all materials are correctly received, stored, tracked, and ready for shipment to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Ensure inventory accuracy, material traceability, and efficient warehouse organization to support on-time shipment execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Verify incoming materials for condition, part number, and serial number accuracy in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including serial number tracking for PGI (Post Goods Issue).
Perform cycle counts and support inventory audits to ensure system and physical alignment.
Assign and maintain proper bin locations for all materials within the finished goods warehouse.
Update bin locations promptly following any material movement
Pick and serialize material systematically (SAP)
Optimize storage layout to improve space utilization, efficiency, and safety.
Drive shortage identification and escalation
Communicate daily shipment priorities and coordinate with the shipping team to support on-time loading.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping issues as directed by the Supervisor.
Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift) as needed to support warehouse operations.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, accuracy, and safety.
Follow all safety protocols during material handling.
Use proper PPE and equipment for lifting and transport.
Report hazards and near-misses promptly.
Qualifications And Experience
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED).
Proven experience in supply chain (2-4 years’ experience) with a background in manufacturing environments.
Working knowledge of ERP systems (1-3 years’ experience); SAP experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). 3 years’ experience with strong background in Excel.
Excellent problem-solving, verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Forklift Certified (preferred).
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
