Inventory Coordinator
Location: 5Queensway, Croydon, CR9 4DL
Contract: Permanent , Full-Time on site- 40 hours, Monday – Friday*, with three shift options available
*Flexibility across working hours is essential for this role, including the ability to support weekend operations as required. Schedules will be agreed in advance and aligned to the needs of the business.
Your role @CHANEL
A pivotal role at the heart of Fragrance & Beauté and Watches & Fine Jewellery POS operations, the Inventory Co-ordinator is responsible for maintaining system integrity across Enterprise Resource Planner, Point of Sale and Warehouse Management System, ensuring accurate stock movements, cycle count execution, and accuracy with reconciliation across multiple warehouse locations.
This role owns inventory accuracy from the moment stock arrives until it's shipped out. The person needs to work independently, think analytically, and stay disciplined in how they operate, keeping numbers accurate in real time across multiple divisions.
