INVENTORY COORDINATOR

We are looking for an Inventory Cycle Count Coordinator to join our operations team at Plant El Salto. This role is responsible for coordinating and leading the execution of cycle counting activities across production and warehouse areas to ensure inventory accuracy and reliable planning processes.
The position reports to the Warehouse Manager and plays a key role in identifying discrepancies, driving root cause analysis, and implementing systematic solutions to strengthen shopfloor inventory control, including external warehouse operations.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate and execute the cycle counting program in production and warehouse areas
  
• Ensure inventory accuracy to support stable production planning
  
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and lead root cause analysis (RCA)
  
• Monitor and analyze system transactions and material movements in SAP
  
• Perform ABC classification analysis to prioritize cycle counting strategy
  
• Control and ensure proper execution of material flows between locations and plants
  
• Implement and sustain preventive measures to avoid inventory deviations
  
• Identify and address systemic issues such as BOM inaccuracies, scrap handling, and transfer discipline
  
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure alignment on inventory processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, or related field
  
• Experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment
  
• Strong understanding of material flow and shopfloor processes
  
• Experience performing root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
  
• Solid knowledge of SAP transactions for inventory management
  
• Experience with inventory analysis, stock levels, and movement tracking
