Inventory Controller / Warehouse Operative

Location: Marchington

Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for an experienced Inventory Controller to join a busy warehouse operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good IT skills, and a passion for maintaining accurate stock levels in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate stock management and inventory control processes across the warehouse.
• Completing PI cycle counts and investigating stock discrepancies, damages, and inventory queries.
• Producing and maintaining accurate stock reports while ensuring data integrity across all inventory systems.
• Meeting productivity and performance targets while working efficiently and accurately.
• Following all Health & Safety, operational, site, and company procedures, reporting any issues to management.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team through effective communication and the use of relevant IT systems.

What we're looking for

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
