WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS INVENTORY CONTROLLER?

You will prepare, organize and have the inventory counts carried out by the warehouse team! You will do this with the help of our systems and Excel. You will report on the progress and movements of the products. Problems that occur, you investigate and proactively address! You will also see which improvements we can apply to our inventory management. You can therefore be found both at the office and in the warehouse, where you are often in contact with Operations Support and Warehouse Operations!

As Inventory Controller you are going to do the following tasks:

• Cycle Count: ensure execution of the Cycle Count program and manage its yearly timeline.
• Discrepancy Investigation: analyze stock variances and determine the root cause of errors, create standard investigation patterns supporting efficiency and accuracy of the checks.
• Inventory Adjustments: execute authorized stock corrections in the WMS, ensuring traceability of justification.
• System Data Accuracy: ensure stock statuses, batches, and locations are correctly maintained in the system.
• Operational Support: assist operational teams with stock-related issues and issues troubleshooting.
• Reporting: prepare stock accuracy and discrepancy reports for internal and external (customer) use.
• Process Improvement: identify stock-handling issues and suggest improvements to prevent recurring errors.
• Customer Interaction: provide reliable stock information and support customer queries or audits.
• Quality ambassador: be a frontman of quality of process on the floor, ensuring activities carried out by stock control department and operations are in-line with CEVA/ISO standards.

WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO WORK?

Your workplace is at one of our locations in Venray, where we have a campus of four warehouses! There you will be part of the Inventory Team, consisting of 3 till 5 colleagues. Together you ensure that inventory is managed efficiently. You will do this in a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to Operations Support Manager and your working hours vary between 08:00 and 18:00.

• Logistics is in your blood! You may have an MBO diploma in Logistics;
• You feel passion for inventory management! A few years of experience is a plus;
• You get along well with Excel! You are no stranger to Pivot tables or VlookUp;
• You can make yourself well understood in English, both spoken and written;
• Possibilities for improvement are easy to discover and you like to pick them up!;

• A gross monthly salary between € 2.720 and € 3.521 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
