Required Shift:

Monday - Friday 8am- 4:30pm

(Start time flexible pending business needs)

Job Purpose:

The Inventory Control is the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound shipments. Assisting with setup of new Finish Good Items. Maintaining Quality and Safety Standards related to incoming Packaging and Raw materials. Sustain accurate inventory Volumes to provide correct and detailed data for scrap tracking, over/under usages of materials. This position is also responsible for partnering with the receiving techs and warehouse leads and working with them to deliver an efficient and agile Logistical operation.

What are we looking for?

Internal Requirements:

  • Must have met time in role (12+ Months)

  • Must have line manager approval to apply

  • Must be in good standing in current role

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years’ experience in an inventory controls related role

  • Excellent computer skills with experience in Warehouse Management systems and order processing systems

  • Working understanding of our receiving process and manufacturing process

  • Ability to Work 12-hour shifts and cover overtime

  • Ability to understand, communicate, read, and write in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of shipping office experience

  • Technical degree or Bachelors in engineering, supply chain or sciences

  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or JDA (Warehouse Management System) experience

  • Previous manufacturing experience

What will be your Key Responsibilities?

  • Maintain Site and Warehouse Pack and Raw Inventory Levels

  • Track expiration dates and work with Raw and Pack Schedulers to maintain usable materials

  • Key User for SAP

  • Monitor and correct issues related to SAP reports such as Inspection Cockpit, Inbound Deliver, COGI and CO54

  • Have a working knowledge of how WMS systems such as SAP, MES, JDA, SRS, and Win SAP work together.

  • Assist Logistics group with issues regarding Process Orders, Purchase Orders, Material set-up and Finish Good Creation.

  • Work with Logistic Partners to maintain Assigned inventory Volume and Value per period standards.

  • Assist with other assigned Logistic tasks.

  • Serve as backup Warehouse Lead when needed

  • Any other responsibilities as determined by the line manager

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 32.31 - USD 44.43
