Your role as an Inventory Controller

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and updating the inventory systems
• Daily resolution of all stock differences between physical stock and WMS
• Daily resolution of system interface errors relating to stock issues
• Ensure returned stock is receipted correctly systematically and on time
• Conduct and oversee cycle count stocktakes
• Highlight the overdue returns or returns with missing information and escalate to Inventory Lead
• To investigate all stock adjustments and verify or assign a reason code
• To investigate all stock discrepancies, and alleged picking errors and shortages
• To monitor date stamped stock and ensure its rotation
• To remove from stock damaged and unsaleable stock
• Training and overseeing the work of team members relevant to inventory and stock administration

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive in
collaborative and fast-moving environments. Our ideal candidate has:

• Managed and updated Warehouse Management Inventory systems
• Analytical skills
• Proven experience as an Inventory Coordinator
• Advanced Microsoft – Excel and Word
• Customer Oriented
• Problem solving and sound decision making
• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Training of work flows and tasks
• Holds a valid forklift license
