Job Title/High Level Position Summary

This role combines hands-on operational work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring inventory accuracy, team productivity, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work effectively across teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily activities for inventory drivers to meet productivity and accuracy goals
  • Prepares and manages replenishment reporting to support efficient inventory operations
  • Monitor inventory integrity by investigating discrepancies, performing cycle counts, and implementing corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate KPI’s and provide coaching to team members to improve performance and reduce errors
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture within the warehouse environment
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in warehouse processes and inventory systems
  • Train, mentor, and support second-shift staff on standard and advanced procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using established business systems
  • Escalate operational issues as needed and assist with special projects assigned by leadership
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Basic Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, distribution, or materials handling
  • Demonstrate leadership experience in a professional or team setting
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with ORACLE systems is preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Forklift certification is a plus

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Typical warehouse environment, including the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and utilize a pallet jack. 

  • Physical Demands: standing, sitting, climbing, crouching/kneeling, lifting, carting, etc.
