Title: Inventory Control Specialist - Italian speaker
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Key responsibilities
The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Financial & Operational Integrity of Inventory balances stated within the systems with focus area
Continuous execution of Field Inventory counts
Continuous execution of Central Inventory counts (where applicable)
In- Transit tracking
System Reconciliation
Non-Targeted Stock from FSL Locations Local
NTS reporting
AD-HOC Integrity related issues
Improved interaction between Inventory Control and other entities.
Coordinates the scheduling of audits for each field stocking location within the region/area, this includes processing the counts results and maintain the accuracy of the inventory records and preparing necessary inventory adjustments in accordance with the NCR Atleos Internal Controls Policy.
Ensures daily Operational processes are completed in timely and accurate manner. These include receipt and stocking of inbound material, processing and shipment of outbound materials (In Transit Management), handling carrier claims, distress resolution.
Acts as the primary liaison for inventory control issues between the region FLS organization and various other organizations (including other region FLS associates, local CS personnel, and various NCR Atleos organizations)
Other duties may be assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in inventory control, logistics, supply chain, operations, or a similar administrative/analytical role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with inventory data and system records.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate activities across teams.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic operational environment.
