Inventory Reporting & Analysis

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze local inventory data to ensure accuracy and insight driven

visibility.

• Prepare regular inventory reports highlighting trends, risks, and recommendations.

• Identify discrepancies and drive timely resolution with site and functional teams.

Inventory Optimization & Reduction

• Apply supply chain expertise to identify and implement inventory reduction opportunities.

• Create a process to analyze part parameters at all levels in order to optimize inventory.

• Develop and monitor strategies to minimize excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.

• Partner with global sites to drive execution of agreed action plans and track measurable

progress.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

• Establish and maintain robust inventory planning processes, governance, and KPIs, including OTD,

plan adherence, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.

• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, system optimization, and best

practices.

• Lead enhancements in ERP / MRP / planning tools to improve planning accuracy and

agility.

• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering on capacity expansion, ramp-up, and

productivity initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience in high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environments such as electronics, photonics, semiconductor, or related industries.
  • Solid knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a global and matrix organization.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
