The anticipated pay rate for this position is: $19.25/hr

(For Internal teammates, a compensation percentage increase will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and relevant experience ).

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm + overtime

Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor (or Warehouse Manager), responsible for maintaining inventory record accuracy and integrity. Continuously reviews all inventory functions for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain efficient and accurate inventory management procedures, consistent with company policy and procedure. Safeguard inventory assets to facilitate shortage detection.
  • Initiate and maintain an efficient cycle count strategy. Make system adjustments as required and analyze results of counts to initiate permanent corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of all audits, counts, and adjustments. Confirm completion of cycle count activity daily.
  • Establish, maintain, and execute slotting programs through the use of available tools (e.g., DOMS).
  • Determine disposition of damaged and/or expired product, including any possible recoup.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to Customer Service and Purchasing initiated cycle count requests.
  • Ensure that customer returned products are saleable. Review for condition, expiration date range, and recall status. Evaluate necessary steps to adjust final balance on-hand adjustments. Take appropriate action on product that is not in saleable condition. Communicates all outcomes to Customer Service.
  • Review and analyze weekly sync report to determine error causes. Initiates corrective action.
  • Support product recall/vendor return process through physical identification and segregation of product.
  • Coordinate all physical inventory warehouse preparation and cutoff activities as detailed in P/I Instruction Document. Responsible for control desk management, running of valuation reports, reconciliation of final count variances, and all other reconciliation activities detailed in P/I Instruction Document.
  • Establish, maintain, and execute the CSW bin verification program.
  • Run and review daily CSW and OMNI reports to determine action requirements.
  • Process accurate perpetual inventory adjustments to match physical inventory movement, when necessary.

Day to Day Operations Outlook

  • Monitors Replens to ensure Product is cubed correctly
  • Run Slotting Reports Medical/Products Resize where necessary
  • Runs Consolidating Reports Medical/Products to Ensure we utilize capacity
  • Creates Recoup Orders, Handles ENTIRE Process
  • Handles all Offsite Inventory Transactions
  • Update KPI Board every Monday
  • Update Daily Facility KPI (3) Teams document daily
  • Ensures Min/Max’s are set up & are correct for ALL medical & Product Locations
  • Develop SOP’s for the tasks above
  • Weekly OSD vs Cut Comparison & report Out.
  • Cross Train in all other Inventory Functions
  • Inventory Adjustment Report for Medical

Skills

Requires a demonstrated knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices. Ability to demonstrate end-user level skills in mathematics, personal and mainframe computers, and related application is required. Interpersonal communication skills and analytical ability are important. Must be highly organized.

Equipment Experience Preferred

Reach lift, order picker lift, computer, RF unit, copier, inventory reports, accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, catalogs, printer, manuals.
