Job Shift: DayWe are seeking a high-energy Inventory Control Specialist with strong critical thinking and counting skills to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience in inventory control within a distribution or manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Operate industrial forklift equipment (order picker and sit-down forklift)
- Support break pack operations as needed
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory processes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven inventory control experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating industrial forklift equipment (order picker and sit-down forklift)
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an entire shift
Preferred

Qualifications
- Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
- Experience in break pack operations
- Associate’s degree or certificate in a related field
- Fast-moving, energetic work style
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
