Job Description

Responsibilities: How This Position Supports The Vision

• Own the accuracy and integrity of inventory records, locations, counts, adjustments, and control processes.
• Establish and manage cycle count programs, inventory audits, discrepancy research, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Inbound and Outbound to investigate shorts, overages, mis-slots, damages, and transaction errors.
• Own or coordinate returns processes and ensure product disposition and system transactions are completed accurately.
• Monitor inventory accuracy by location, SKU, process, and root cause to identify recurring control failures.
• Lead audit readiness and documentation for inventory control procedures and internal requirements.
• Partner with Supply Chain on inventory availability, replenishment issues, and root-cause resolution.
• Develop Team Leads and Process Leads on inventory handling standards and discrepancy escalation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Safety, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or a related operational environment; 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use KPIs and operating data to identify issues, prioritize work, and drive corrective action.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing priorities and customer commitments.
• Strong personal accountability, integrity, flexibility, and commitment to safe, compliant, respectful operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, WMS transactions, audit practices, root-cause analysis, damages, and returns.
