Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform inventory counts in adherence to company policy
  • Investigate and rectify discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of inventories
  • Supervise all inventory processes, staff performance, development, root cause analysis, and reporting for the assigned team
  • Regularly conduct cycle counts of product inventories
  • Oversee physical inventory for clients, including training, audits, and feedback
  • Lead projects and manage the completion of daily reports and feedback logs
  • Act as the first point of contact for safety concerns and notify client services of damaged/defective products
  • Coordinate and align with various departments during inventory processes
  • Train other employees in inventory management
  • Coordinate with peers and across multiple departments for additional resources, information, and equipment when needed
  • Establish trusted relationships with operations to ensure quality service to clients

Qualifications / Skills:

  • 7 years of experience in retail or distribution center operations, with leadership experience, emphasizing Inventory/Quality Control
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Proficiency in administrative/clerical software, inventory management software, Microsoft applications, intermediate-advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
