Job Description

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Compensation: $25.60

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Records data manually or using the computer.
  • Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigates discrepancies or adjusts errors.
  • Keeps records on the use and/or damage of inventory.
  • Examines and inspects stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
  • Provides assistance or direction to other warehouse Team Members or managers.
  • Ability to drive forklift trucks and other motorized equipment to conduct inventory and bay audits.
  • Prepares and maintains records and reports of inventories, shortages, shipments.
  • Prepares and participates in cycle counts.
  • Cross trains in space planning to help support roles when needed.
  • Works with Quality/Recoup group with quality holds and quality hold reworks.
  • Works with Quality/Recoup group with carton inventory and ordering.
  • Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
  • Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or needed by Holman.

Paperwork Completion – Ability to complete necessary paperwork neatly and accurately and according to established guidelines. Properly count, document or scan the number of units as needed by the function that is being performed.

Paperwork Verification – Ability to verify paperwork necessary to ensure inventory count is correct.

Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task and prioritize tasks. Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.

Experience: Two (2) to three (3) years related inventory experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Intermediate personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. Strong working knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook, Excel and Word, and some Access. Ability to master internal computer systems.
