Job Description

Graza makes always fresh, never blended, olive oil that comes in fun-to-use squeeze bottles and unique refillable cans. In the past two years, Graza has expanded nationwide with retail partners and direct to consumer distribution. We’re proud to be on the shelves of Whole Foods Market, Target, Walmart, Kroger, Safeway, Albertsons, Publix, Costco and many others. After 3 years in the Olive Oil category, we’re growing into new categories and product lines this year. As we continue our expansion, we are looking for another member for our operations team.

Graza is seeking an Inventory Control & Systems Associate to join our Fulfillment and Logistics team. This role will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and alignment between our internal ERP/WMS systems and external warehouse partners, while heavily supporting special warehouse projects.

This position is deeply analytical and operational. You will be the gatekeeper of our inventory data—building sheets, driving automation, and ensuring our fresh product moves efficiently. The ideal candidate has a process-improvement mindset, thrives on keeping complex data synchronized, and loves using technology to replace manual workflows.

  • System Reconciliation & Accuracy: Own and execute daily/weekly inventory reconciliations between Graza’s internal systems (ERP/WMS) and third-party warehouse reports. Investigate, root-cause, and resolve complex discrepancies.
  • FEFO Compliance: Partner with 3PLs to strictly enforce First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) compliance, track batch/lot codes, manage shelf-life data, and proactively minimize spoilage or inventory loss.
  • Data Analytics & KPI Reporting: Build, maintain, and automate inventory-related dashboards, SLOB reports, and operational KPIs to provide clear visibility to leadership.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Champion automation initiatives to streamline data flows between warehouses and internal workflows, reducing manual entry and human error.
  • Special Warehouse Projects: Plan, coordinate, and track specialized warehouse projects, including kitting, retail displays, and e-commerce value-add services.
  • Cost & Efficiency Optimization: Analyze inventory holding patterns to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce warehousing and freight costs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Planning, Customer Experience, and 3PL teams to scale logistics infrastructure as our product lines expand.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience working in CPG operations, data analysis, or inventory control, with a strong background working directly with 3PL networks.
  • Strong Spreadsheet Skills: High-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (dynamic formulas, complex pivot tables, structured data analysis, and dashboard building).
  • Systems & Automation Tech: Hands-on experience working with ERP and WMS platforms. Direct experience using or developing automation/ETL tools (e.g., Parabola, Alteryx, Zapier, or native scripts) is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: A passion for data, finding "the needle in the haystack" when numbers don't match, and turning raw data into actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Excellent organization skills to handle multiple moving parts, specifically regarding retail kitting and special warehouse project execution.
  • Communication & Culture: Detail-oriented with strong cross-functional communication skills. Enjoys a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This job is based in Brooklyn, NY with a 4 days per week in person requirement.
