• Job Functions / Responsibilities
• · Coordinates daily cycle count activities and investigates inventory discrepancies and bin maintenance errors.
• · Prepares daily reports on inventory accuracy, SAP material movements, and related errors.
• · Routes, completes, and files inventory adjustment records.
• · Analyzes inventory records to identify root causes and support continuous improvement in material handling and inventory movement processes.
• · Partners with the warehouse manager to review and resolve inventory issues.
• · Maintains strong organization and time management to manage priorities effectively.
• · Clearly defines issues and drives them to timely resolution.
• · Analyzes and manipulates data for reporting and identification of inventory concerns.
• · Develops and updates spreadsheets using multiple data sources.
• Skills / Competencies
• · Experience with Cycle Counts desired.
• · Strong Analytical, Root Analysis and Problem solving Skills required.
• · Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a working knowledge of advanced systems and basic database relationships.
• · Experience with SAP or other MRP / ERP system a plus.
• · Computer literacy is required with a familiarity with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

• · Qualified candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years manufacturing and/or distribution experience.
• · Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• · Demonstrated understanding SIx Sigma concepts and techniques and continuous improvement activities preferred.
• · Demonstrated understanding of root cause and corrective action tools/methods.
• Education
• · Bachelor’s degree required.
