Meet the team

OurIreland Logistics and WarehouseTeamownstheinventory accuracyfor the sitewhichincludesdirectand indirect materialsofDexcom G7Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems for ambulatory use by people with diabetes and by healthcare providers for the treatment of people with diabetes.

Where you come in

• You willensure robust inventory control across the factory,maintainingaccuratealignment between physical stock and ERP/WMS records.

• You willlead and support stock reconciliation activities, including daily, weekly, and monthly counts, ensuring discrepancies areidentified, investigated, and resolvedin a timely manner

• You willutiliseExcel-based tools and data analysis(e.g.pivot tables, lookup functions, tracking dashboards) tomonitorinventory accuracy and highlight trends or risks.

• You willidentifyand driveimprovements in inventory systems and processes, both within the site and across multiple sites, to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• You will proactively identifyopportunities to improve inventory accuracy,reducingoperationalriskandsupportingfinancial integrity.

• You willanalysedata of varying complexity, applying structured problem-solving methods toidentifyroot causes and implement sustainable solutions

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams toachieve shared goals and ensure alignment on inventory processes and improvements

• You will contribute tomaintainingstrong inventory controls, audit readiness, and compliance with operational and regulatory standards

• You may be required, from time to time, to operate heavy machinery; training will be provided.

What makes you successful

• You are proficient inExcel, including: Lookup functions (e.g.VLOOKUP), Pivot Tables, c reating, editing, andmaintainingmacros

• You are driven tocontinuously learn and develop your experience in materials management and inventory control.

• You are aclear and concise communicator, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions within theorganisation

• You are able topartner with cross-functional team memberstodeliver onkey priorities and drive results.

• You haveknowledge of or experience with lean manufacturing principles, and apply them to improve processes andeliminatewaste.

• You demonstrate strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely.

• You support budget and financial performance analysis.

• You have previous experience operating forklifts would be beneficial but not required.

Education & Experience
Typically requires abachelor'sdegree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
