Maintaining records of material in inventory and on order, monitoring re-order points, and initiating action to replenish inventory while reconciling any and all discrepancies that may occur. Organize and coordinate all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and pulling of service jobs within the Service Center facility. Ensuring that the day to day duties are carried out efficiently to achieve on time delivery and meet the demands of the Service Center. Conduct work activities in a professional manner that reflects positively on the image of the company and conforms to KSB GIW, Inc. Health and Safety Policy.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years related experience required.
Proficient in the use of inventory control software.
2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including shipping and receiving
Promote safety and housekeeping at all times.
Must be able to work overtime on short notice as and when required.
Must be able to wear appropriate personnel protective equipment.
Willing to pursue further education and training.
Adhere to company policies regarding attendance and safety.
Operates forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks as and when needed.
Ability to use inventory label equipment such as label printers, ID tags, barcodes, etc.
Ability to interpret OEM bill of materials.
Ability to accurately track inventory and reconcile stock counts.
Computer literate in Microsoft office applications as well as a working knowledge in SAP systems/CRM Systems.
Performs at a high standard in each area of responsibility.
Knowledge of raw material and components related to pumps and other rotating equipment.
Attention to detail and strong math skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to work under pressure.
Performs tactical and strategic problem solving and ability to make good, sound decisions.
Assists in implementation of department goals.
Makes recommendation to supervisors and manager for improvements.
Depending upon the particular needs of the area/department, physical requirements may include but are not limited to lifting up to 70 lbs. squatting, pulling, kneeling, pushing, and bending.
