PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To ensure that all ordered products and stock are correctly received and dispatched to and from the suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Grade 11 New Curriculum or Grade 12 Old Curriculum
• 1 Year experience in a similar or related environment

ADVANTAGEOUS

• Working knowledge of inventory management and ARCH experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage and monitor the stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse.
• Order stock from suppliers.
• Ensure all deliveries are confirmed.
• Record and report all instances of on-shelf out-of-stocks.
• Ensure cyclical stock counts are properly planned and delivered.
• Ensure all reporting disciplines and procedures are adhered to.
• Resolve all inventory discrepancies.
• Accurate and methodical stock counting.
