You have:

- Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across the organisation and having influence and personal impact by using strong communication skills
- High organizational skills and ability to prioritise and work in a structured way with speed and simplicity
- Ability to apply analytical and process-oriented thinking when acting and propose solutions
- Ability to respond to business and customer needs by providing effective solutions within the area of expertise
- Ability to follow up and measure performance of output and capture learnings to improve performance, processes and solutions moving forward
-Ability to Lead continuous improvement throughout the Store by applying Lean Methodology
- Very good understanding of key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach
- Very good knowledge of IKEA processes, store and warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
- Very good understanding of the customers’ and co-workers’ needs, demands and expectations on the markets
- Excellent knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools within area of expertise
-Change management skills are a must
- Has moderate knowledge of problem-solving and process improvement methodologies  
- Has moderate knowledge of project management 
- Knowledge of logistics processes, tools and working methods in omnichannel retailing
- Able to connect in English and the local language of our unit (NL and/or FR) is a mustx

A quoi ressemble une journee avec nous ?

You are responsible for executing the daily inventory
You manage stock accuracy by monitoring and recording in-store merchandise movements
You manage sales forecasts for the IKEA assortment
You ensure that internal and external parameters related to order management and sales floor spaces are accurate
You are in daily contact with sales and in-store logistics to ensure optimal product availability for our customers
